Wanted to take a moment to recognize their associate Wing. I came in today around 1130 to exchange a pair of sneakers I ordered online. I struggle finding shoes that fit because I have to buy wide due to a condition I have of swelling in my left foot. Although the store was extremely busy and Wing was the only associate on the floor he took the time to inform me that I've been wearing the wrong size sneaker and to size me. He also took the time in between helping other customers as I struggled to find sneakers to let me know which brands ran narrow and which ones ran wide. Although I was not able to walk out with a pair of sneakers, he helped me exchange them for a new sneaker to be shipped to my home. He was one of the most informed and helpful associate in the retail industry I've come across in a long time.
