I purchased a membership and then only went once and the owner yelled in my face and told me he wouldn't give me my money back so now I'm stuff with paying $30 a month for a year. My while family has been going there for years and thats how he treats people. So not impressed!Yeah good customer service. Would nit recommend going there. Save your money people
Really love this place... Love it so much that I am moving to Seabreeze and going to keep my membership. Fantastic staff very friendly and helpful, along with great shakes.
The best gym in the town of Webster hands down.
Have only been here three time and wasn't really a big fan of the atomosphere. When I first came the front desk person was a little annoyed and rude. Again, only came one time after that and still wasn't a fan. I went in again to cancel my membership and they looked at me like I was crazy. I didn't realized I signed up for the annual contract and didn't realize the year commitment (my fault) so I figured maybe I just had to pay a cancellation fee no biggy, but all the guy did was told my there was nothing I could do and was no help what so ever and just kept being rude about me wanting to cancel. Not only that but I'm leaving for school in less than a month over an hour away from home and the gym is already a 20-30 minute drive from my house. Was really looking forward to this gym, but only left in disappointment.

Excellent gym with experienced, helpful trainers who are friendly and approachable, along with classes that combine the latest fitness trends and knowledge to create a challenging workout that makes the most of your gym time. I've recently joined a personal training small group and am loving the results and discipline it's given me. I'm not one to spend hours at the gym so the combination of classes and training has been the most efficient workout for me. But when I do "go it alone" I never have to wait for equipment or machines to be free which is also a huge plus. Gold's has helped me to prioritze a healthy lifestyle in a way that fits easily into my busy schedule.
