Great gym. The trainers/staff are fantastic and very knowledgeable; it's clear that they want to help you achieve your fitness goals. The facility is quite big and super clean and everybody there is very friendly. A wonderful gym and one of my favorite places to be!
Flower city CrossFit (Webster) is a great community with skilled coaches and passionate members! It's always exciting to come in for the workout of the day, skills night, or that extra endurance challenge with the crew!
Crossfit has a reputation for being challenging but also reckless sometimes. Not here. They are very deliberate about safety while also being challenging. The classes are fun, especially the bootcamp. Crossfit is the only workout I've ever done where I saw a major difference in my body, energy level and posture. I highly recommend this one!
