Couldn't have asked for a better rep to arrive when he did, on time, fully prepared and ready to work. Did an excellent job of trouble shooting and repair with thorough inspection when he finished. Very personable and enjoyable to have present while he did the work quickly and was very professional in his manner. I'd definitely call Lockwood again. A bit pricey, but competitive.

Our service technician today was Chris. He was courteous, respectful, extremely knowledgeable, and just all around fantastic! We will not hesitate to recommend Lon Lockwood Electric, and especially Chris as a technician. He was very thorough and meticulous, and ultimately discovered a smoking wire beneath drywall that could have resulted in a house fire. We appreciate his knowledge ands expertise, and his persistence and determination to figure out the puzzling issue. Chris kept our family safe, and we are so very grateful!
