Horrible experience . After scheduling appointment and finding a treatment they told me they couldn't schedule me for an appointment and they'll keep me on call back with a 24 hour notice if something opens up . Thanks for wasting my time and taking my money
Drs. are amazing but this is one place you should avoid due to front desk staff. Extreemly unfriendly. I happened to notice that my kid use to say hi to these folks "Hi" all the time and none responds. They just ignore. Last I checked this a pediatric dentistry. Get a grip smile, laugh, be pleasent as we pay for our service.
Amazing staff. They had my son giggling in the chair and the dental hygienist doubled as a balloon animal making expert. Wonderful, clean environment to bring your kids!
I contacted Webster Pediatric Dentistry after I was unable to reach my daughters current dentist. My daughter injured her mouth earlier this evening causing a very loose tooth that was bleeding heavily for quite a while. I spoke to a receptionist named Danielle who was very friendly and helpful. After learning that the office did not accept my daughters insurance she took the time to talk to Dr Skolnick to see if he would see her out of pocket. He was with a patient at the time and explained it wouldn't be long before I heard back from the office. Not even ten minutes passed before she called to reassure me they hadn't forgotten about us and would call as soon as he was finished with his patient. She called right back to tell us he would stay after closing to see my daughter, even after I explained to her that I was coming from Chili and would take forty five minutes to an hour to get there. When we arrived he was very friendly and welcoming to us and even showed us around the office. He gave Brooke time to get use to the office and play in the waiting area while discussing with me the reason that brought us in. Now Brooke is a very shy child and does not open up well with males and Dr Skolnick was able to make her feel very comfortable at the office and I was shocked with how she opened right up to him. He did a very thorough exam on her and explained to both of us what he saw, how he could tell she didn't need an xray and so forth, even counting her teeth and explained everything to me that was going on inside Brookes mouth. After asking if I had any questions or if there was anything else he could do to help us. He helped me to try and locate another dentist that accepted my insurance, helped us financially with the visit and made very clear that if we needed any more help to feel free to contact him and he would help while we looked for a new dentist. As soon as the exam was done Brooke jumped up and down saying that he was the best dentist ever. As soon as I can get on a health insurance this office accepts I will be changing my family to this office. They are thorough, and will spend as much time with you as needed. It is well worth the drive to see Dr Skolnick.
