I have always been extremely anxious for dental visits. I had sensitive teeth and gums, and couldn't even sit through a cleaning anymore. I have gone through root canals, extractions and periodontal surgery. After years of pain, I gave up seeing the dentist on a regular basis. Due to neglect and significant bone loss, I had gotten to the point of needing dentures, and then I put this off for as long as possible. After waiting as long as I could and doing a lot of research I visited Katz Family Dentistry. It has been a wonderful experience! Starting with the very friendly receptionist who helped with my dental insurance, to the assistant to Dr. Katz, to Dr. Katz himself, it has been one of the best experiences ever. Dr. Katz is kind, compassionate, and gentle. He guided me through the denture process, answering all of my questions and fears with kindness and patience. I now sit here looking at my beautiful teeth, something I never thought I could do. He really did give me my smile back!
