Went there with my truck making some bad vibrations. Mark drove around with me for a solid 15 minutes, all the while explaining what he was listening for and his whole train of thought. He came to a conclusion on the problem, did some research and suggested what they would need to do. I was told the additive in the tranny fluid would need a couple days to work it's way into the gears. Just like Mark said, the second day the vibrations stopped. Grace Automotive did everything right when I took my wife’s car there for an alternator repair and NYS inspection. They gave me estimates before starting the work and charged me a very reasonable amount. They also showed me the parts that caused the car to fail the inspection. I’m a former mechanic and garage manager and I think they are very capable and trustworthy. I’ll be going back there again.
I would highly recommend Grace Auto. They were able to track down our transmission problem to a single connector. Rather than replace the entire harness they were able to track down a replacement connector for a significant cost savings. You could tell that these guys really enjoy the work they do and diagnosing a problem down to the component.

I definitely did not feel like they were just doing work to have me spend money on things I didn't need which is rare now a days. They went over everything they did and were thorough.
