I went to get an oil change and to see what else needed done on car. They advised me that my wipers needed replaced. Since, I did not want to pay $45 for that I told them, I would take care of it. When I picked up my car, they had torn the rubber off of wipers. I brought this to the attention of the service advisor and he told me he had no authority to do anything about it. He told me I should call back on Monday. Then as I brought up the safety of my wipers, he advise that "he believes that I believe they tore them" in a condescending way. I will never go there again and neither should you. I mean look at that photo? They don't think I would have know my wipers looked like that before I dropped them off?
