I recently purchased a 2000 Mitsubishi Gallant from Sherman Auto, specifically from LLeya. For a used older car it was in absolute TIP TOP shape inside as well as out. New tires, detailed from the mats up. Car runs excellent. LLeya was able to get me exactly what I asked for and more. Car seems to be okay so far; a 2009 Chevy Cobalt. Picked up a couple days ago. The thing to watch out for is this guy will tell you anything just to sell the car. Watch and listen closely when going here. For example, he flashes thirty-day warranty in car windows for FULL ABSOLUTE COVERAGE. But, after selling vehicle and taking your money; like a magic wand, wallah; everything changes. Instant amnesia develops! Used car dealer will very effectively downplay warranty as much as possible to an "extremely limited warranty" once pocketing your cash! Obviously this so called thirty-day "warranty" in window at Shermans Auto Sales, Webster, NY was just a cunning, deceptive sales ploy! When checking oil on 09' Chevy Cobalt, you could tell it not done. My son was promised oil change before picking up car, but was lied too. Never done! When confronted dealer vehemently denied saying this.
When going though sales process, anticipate to have all your worries set at ease with words by this smooth talker as you hand over money in exchange for car. Then, after purchasing, everything changes & your "on your own." Maybe this is really good car, as Shermans has had great customer reviews. Hoping for the best, but needed to write about this experience so others know what to expect.
