From February 2017 - Prices are high compared to other local competitors. Signed up for a training class, but needed to cancel due to our schedule - was given run around in our attempt to cancel. Customer service is less important than the sale, therefore, it's imperative to write a negative review. If their policies and sale over customer service changes, I will adjust my review.
waited for 15 plus minutes to set an appointment for the dog groomer, never got waited on. Finely gave up and decided to go somewhere else. The line for the register was at least 10 people long and growing, only one register open. cashier said he call 3 times for help, on one came.
Edited - August 2, 2017 - now that I've had a chance to get the know the store and it's personnel, I've changed my opinion (from 1 star to 4 stars). The personnel are great - but he prices are still high. Now that Petsmart has purchased Chewy, I certainly hope that Chewy's prices do not follow Petsmart's pricing.
This store is in a nice location and has a large variety of merchandise to choose from. They clean pets and also do training here.
Very nice staff. Helpful, knowledgeable. Great treats and dog food assortments. Love the toys. Prices do significally differ than Petco. Petsmart being a bit higher. I use both places. Reputable and engaged.
There grooming salon is great! They are very attentive and loving of the dogs!
