Additionally, unlike many other veterinary experiences we have had at other facilities, they are NOT gougers!!
Their newly renovated facilities are wonderful & the staff are genuine, caring & loving people.
We have been using Webster Veterinary Clinic for many years & they keep getting better & better w/time.
Always sensitive & accommodating when issues arise, the docs spend QUALITY TIME w/us, always answering questions & never rushing us out the door.
Winnie is also epileptic and we came very close to losing her to a scary cluster of grand mal seizures. The medical staff at WVC was very supportive and helped us nurse her back to health. At the suggestion of Dr. Lewis and Dr. Sementa, we found a combination of anti seizure medication that seemed to work and Winnie has not experienced any major seizure activity in 3+ years. (Knock on wood :)
Don't hesitate to trust WVC with your pet's health needs.
My family and I had no relationship with this practice until the week it became obvious that our beloved 20 yr. 3 mo. old cat had to be put down. Not only did they work us into their schedule and provide incredibly professional guidance and help, we were treated with the deepest respect and compassion during a difficult time. At no point in the appointment were we rushed or encouraged to leave but given the time we needed to say goodbye. Their practice is deeply appreciated.
We take our dog to Webster Veterinary. Dr.Sementa and his staff are very knowledgeable, efficient and caring. The facility is well maintained and the reception staff are polite and helpful.
Dr's Sementa and Lewis have taken great care of our family dog, Winnie from the moment we walked through their doors with a mixed bag of health problems. It all started with a successful TPLO knee surgery, which turned out to be the best choice of surgical procedures. We even received a follow up care package from the surgeon herself, including homemade baked dog treats. It was a very nice touch. That was 4 years ago and you'd never know today that she once had knee problems. She's almost 9 now and she still bounces around the yard looking to chase off squirrels and rabbits.
Fantastic office! The staff squeezed my dog in at closing time when he hurt his leg. The Veterinarian took her time with my dog, was very thorough and didn't rush us out at all, again despite it being closing time. I'm so grateful and so pleased with their service. I will definitely return!
The team at Webster Veterinary Clinic are both animal lovers & people lovers. We (& the kids!) recommend them highly & without any reservations whatsoever.
While WVC provides excellent care and service, they also understand the cost of some services can feel overwhelming. (For the record, the TPLO surgery fees were less than they would have been at some other clinics) They understand if a recommended service becomes a difficult decision financially, and they won't make you feel ashamed for not having it done. Instead, they stress that you're giving your pet the most important basic needs: shelter, food and love.
