This place is for the birds. Literally.
There is literally nothing this guy doesn't know about the care of birds. They also carry bird cages,playgrounds,food and more. Don't buy until you give them a try.
All birds are hand raised by Paul.
The rest of the staff has a lot of knowledge as well. They are happy to answer questions and it's easy to see that they have a ton of love for the birds and caring for them.
This store is amazing, fantastic birds and very nice employees but when it comes to grooming you can never get an appointment, when you purchase a bird from them the grooming is free on Saturday's but you can NEVER get an appointment, you can try to get an appointment during the week when they do grooming but you will have to pay $13.00 and you can not even get in during the week. Grooming is an important part of having a bird but you can never get in to get your bird groomed and there are no other local places that do it. I don't know why they do not hire more people or open grooming up to more nights a week so that you can take proper care of your bird. That is the most frustrating part about this store, other than that it is fantastic. So if you want a bird and want to train yourself on how to groom them, then this is the place for you but if you do not know how to groom your bird and you are going to count on them to do it, them I suggest you look elsewhere.
Stop in and find everything you could possibly need for your bird friend. I love looking at the exotic bird babies! The owner is incredibly knowledgeable.
Anyone that thinks that the owner is rude clearly hasn't spoken with him. Our talks with Paul have always been educational. He has bird knowledge and lots of it.
Got my current Sun conure from Paul. Very knowledgeable person on all things avian.
I'm always in awe of the birds when we walk in. You can easily tell that they are well taken care of. Clean cages, healthy birds and food & clean water in all of their dishes.
Looking for a bird, toy, cage or anything bird related? This is the place. Stop in and check them out. It's worth the half hour drive every time we visit.
