One of my favorite dresses came back as a smudged, black, tie-dyed disaster! The cashier was not even going to address the issue as she simply proceeded to ring me up (as if I would PAY to have my dress destroyed). Staubs is refusing to take responsibility for the error, even though the dress is clearly marked "DRY CLEAN". "Must be a Manufacturer's Defec'--we get a lot of those" is the quote from the store representative.
