Rico in flooring was extremely helpful to me and my girlfriend the other night even though it was close to closing time and we had just purchased 250 square feet of tiles Rico loaded everything on the card for us. Two days late I came in and found that another employee Nick was working the flooring department. Not only did he make a smart remark about Rico "Rico helped you? I don't know how much help you go from him" but he also said that he couldn't help us with the Hardie Boards and just walked away. When I approached him again he looked annoyed that I needed his help and told me to go to lumber to buy it. I almost left the store not buying anything. if a manager is reading this. please, have more people such as Rico available. If it wasn't for him I would never step foot in that store again after the experience I had with Nick.
Very hard to even give them a 3. I really liked the online ordering and pickup option at store. This used to be an awesome service. Now seems that every time I use it order is not pulled, pulled incorrectly or order can't be found. I also have to wait in unreasonably long customer service line. Really just a waste of time to order online and pickup. I can pull and pay for it quicker. Too bad management has let this location turn into such a mess.
Very nice assortment of products, but the employees don't want to help shoppers. Four of them walked next to me down the aisle I was in for 20 minutes, and not one said "hi" or even acknowledge I was there. This is why I usually go to Home Depot instead. They go out of their way to make sure you find what you need.
Love the selection of lighting and home decor better then HD but wow, when you order something is it a problem. Ordered $4000 in kitchen cabinets. scheduled the delivery date. it never showed up. Called to see what happened. Half the order wont be in for 2 more weeks. I asked why I wasn't notified, and they had no answer. Only asked me if i wanted to cancel the order, which i did do. I got the cabinets at the other store and it was the same price, but had them in 2 days. That was very disappointing, but for the most part, its a great store with great people that are very helpful.
Can be very busy and seem like there is no one every going to help you but once you get everything set up and done they do really good work and I'm happy with my out come and using them again.
