Owner (John) and staff are stand up guys. There was a misunderstanding over a sale and John went above and beyond to correct that misunderstanding in several ways. I really appreciated that!

Been going to the music store for my music equipment needs since I was a kid. Took clarinet lessons and got my first instrument there as a child, and took drum lessons there in hs/college and will stop in from time to time when I need sticks or looking at new equipment. The owner is fantastic and it's a great locally owned store.
John, owner of the Music Store was helpful in all respects, kept his word re. drums I ordered. He even loaded the set into our vehicle. I was very pleased. Actually went back within a few days and bought something else.
The folks who worked on my viola did a wonderful job with the new bridge and strings. However , I will probably never go back due to the customer service or lack thereof. The owner is very condescending and is nothing but rude on the phone. No one seems happy to work there or help you. It's hard to want to spend money on something as expensive as a musical instrument when this is the customer service you receive.
