Staff were good in response and courtesies. Service is good. Vehicle was good. Less waiting time. I enjoyed driving the vehicle. it is quit comfortable for a long drive i made. When i went to return the vehicle, the parking space was full. Found difficulty as it was a holiday and rush to return by many. It is a rare occasion in my view.
I rented an extended SUV to drive my son's groomsmen around for pictures before his wedding. Originally I reserved it in Victor but then changed to the Webster location (over the phone) for convenience. There was a glitch in that process, somehow the reservation wasn't changed to Webster. The associate in Webster was awesome. Even though they didn't have my reservation he was able to take care of me. The vehicle was great and the service was great.
I took car for rent one day. But they detected 2 days rent. i spoke customer care they did not revert that amount.
They don't have better deals. Always expensive to rent here. Airport location has far better deals
